The Cleveland Dutchmen Luncheons
Even numbered months
 
The organizers and volunteers of this very successful bi-monthly luncheon series are headed by Bill Trost, Treasurer. 
 
Anyone who attended CHS is welcome.
The luncheons are held at the
Royale Orleans Banquet Center, 2801 Telegraph Rd.
Reservations must be made in advance.
Make your check payable to Cleveland Dutchmen for $14.00 per person and mail to:

Lunch dates are the 2nd Tuesday of even numbered months.
Doors open at 11 AM, and lunch starts at noon.

A Newsletter is published for those who attend the luncheons and join the mailing list.

The Lunch Bunch
Odd numbered months

The Lunch Bunch are alumni who like to try different restaurants, menus and atmosphere and share the experience with other Clevelandites.
Volunteer coordinators from the group make the arrangements.
Each person orders from the menu and pays for their own meal.
All former students and teachers are welcome.

Guests arrive about 11:15 and are seated by 11:30 on the 3rd Wednesday of odd numbered months.

Please call a contact listed below for details and to make a reservation at least one day in advance.

The Lunch Bunch originated with the faculty members of CHS.  Prior to the closing of Cleveland High in 1984,
faculty members wanted to discuss their joint concerns, share the latest news, etc. away from the "office."
As faculty participation declined, student alumni were invited to join the luncheons.
 
During that period, a single sheet newsletter was produced to help spread the news.  That little newsletter became our present
newsletter, "The Clevelandite."  The editor was Don Seymour, biology teacher, former board member of the
alumni association, and the person we thank for creating the original "All Grad Name/Address" database.
